When officers and medical crews arrived, they discovered a male victim with an apparent gunshot wound. Officers located over 30 shell casings. The homicide victim is a light skinned male, possibly Hispanic, in his 30's, about 5'11" tall and 169lbs, with short brown hair, and a goatee. His family has been notified of his death. Portland Police made announcements from a loud speaker, including: "Officers have observed people in the area of Revolution Hall take an officers bicycle and throw objects at retreating officers.
